） を入力して，postした後に飛ばされるエンドポイントで認証を許可すればいいんだ。

プルダウンメニューかラジオボタンで，用いるOpenIDのエンドポイントURIを指定できればいいな。
Mail Address が Issuer と異なる場合は管理者の承認待ちになるのかな？
